We’re living through the UK’s worst cost of living crisis in a generation – leaving many Liverpool City Region households struggling with rising prices, soaring energy bills and making ends meet.
But advice and support are at hand.
Whether you’re struggling to make ends meet because of rising bills, rent or mortgage payments, or your health and wellbeing is being affected, we can point you in the right direction to find help.
There are experts across Liverpool City Region who can offer free practical help to make your money go further, help with managing debts, or can support you to receive the benefits and grants you are entitled to.
We know times are hard but, together with our local councils, we are determined to help people through this crisis.

- Finding your local foodbank and warm places
- Advice on home improvements, insulation and repairs
- Wellbeing and mental health support
